We hope you love what you've ordered! If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We gladly accept returns within 30days for most items in new condition.

A: How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

1. We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To start a return , you can contact us at seindeal@gmail.com to get Return Authorization from us and the return address. Then send back and postmark the package(Get the shipping carrier by yourself) within 30 days after receiving your item.
3. After you have already returned items from an order but would like to make additional returns for additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the received date. And we can not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost and your own shipping method.（Except the quality problem).

B: How do I make a return? 

1. Sign into your account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the "Return Item" button.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.(Note: If quality problem please attached images for reference.)
4. Return Authorization from us and choose your own shipping method, then securely tape shipping label on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days after the received date.

Return Seller Support

To start a return, you can contact us at seindeal@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please ship back as soon as possible. The shipping label and shipping fee by yourself. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 30 days of received date.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, used jewelry or accessories.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, us edor altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests and Return Authorization from us.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.(Any quality problem please contact us.)
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Seindeal products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used jewelry or accessories, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bodysuits, lingerie products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The exchanges will not acceptable. About the size problem we will apply for exclusive code ( 20% off ) for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to get the exclusive code and to make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Order Cancellation
1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via seindeal@gmail.com once you decide to cancel the order. After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible. 

2.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 workdays. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at seindeal@gmail.com.

The original shipping fee are non-refundable include the free shipping Items.
